Returns & Exchanges

At Adro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your Adro account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
